Deepak Fertilisers fixes rights issue


Deepak Fertilisers fixes its floor price of Rs. 133 per each share via rights issue:

Meanwhile, on Saturday, September 12th, the company board members decided and approved to raise funds up to Rs. 180 crores via a rights issue. The company board members also decided and approved its floor price at Rs. 133 per each share.

Besides, the company fixed its floor price at Rs. 133 per each share with a face value of Rs. 10 per each. The company’s rights issue will be open on September 17th. The eligible shareholders can apply for three shares for every 20 equity share held by the shareholder as on the record date given by the company.

However, the shares of Deepak Fertilisers Limited reported a bearish trend in the stock market on Friday. It lost 2.25 points with a 1.38% decrease and reached 160.90 INR. While in BSE, the company lost 1.95 points with a 1.19% decrease and reached 161.30 INR.

On the other side, the number of coronavirus cases in India reached 46,59,984 as of Saturday, September 12th, and deaths reached 77,472.

In the border markets, the S&P BSE SmallCap reported a bullish trend in the stock market on Friday. It gained 74.86 points with a 0.52% increase and reached 14,558.27 level. The S&P BSE MidCap gained 84.48 points with a 0.58% increase and reached a 14,659.62 level. While the Nifty Bank gained 13.75 points with a 0.06% increase and reached the 22,479.95 level.
