Out of the total 3141 scrips traded on the BSE, 1783 were up and 1202 were down. The only seller in 290 stocks had a bearish lower circuit, while the only buyer in 361 stocks had a bearish upper circuit. Net purchase of Rs 2520 crore in FPIs / FII cash: Net sale of Rs 400 crore shares in DII cash FIIs-Foreign Institutional Investors-Foreign Portfolio Investors-FPIs made a net purchase of Rs 2,520.92 crore in cash today-Wednesday. Of this, a total of Rs 9025.26 crore was sold against a total purchase of Rs 11546.68 crore. DII-domestic institutional investors had a net sale of Rs 399.74 crore in cash today. A total of Rs 6827.33 crore was sold against a total purchase of Rs 6427.49 crore.
