The government has not launched any app yet, beware of an app called India
Do not give your personal information to any such app: Ministry of Health
In the midst of the fight against corona, the country will soon have a vaccination program. On the one hand, the government is preparing for this vaccination. So on the other hand there are also people who are trying to commit fraud in the name of the corona vaccine. Recently, there was news that the co-vaccine would have to be registered on an app called Co-win first. However, this application has not yet been launched by the government. Except the government has not officially given any information or instructions about this app.
Within hours of the news coming out, apps with this name as well as mixed names have arrived on the Play Store. The government has had to issue a warning. People were warned by the health ministry on Wednesday that the government had not launched any such application. So don't fall into the trap of such false apps on the Play Store.
There is a saying in Hindi that a village should not be settled and a looter should go first. Exactly the same situation has been created with the Co-win app. Even before the government launches an app, people have become active in committing fraud in the name of the app. The Ministry of Health has warned that providing personal information to such an app could be dangerous.
